After ten years at a local college and five years with a national charity as Executive Director in Edmonton, Dale joined the University of Alberta in 2012, as a Program Advisor for Organizational Learning and Effectiveness. He brings a sense of calm to projects, helping project team members focus on the long term results while identifying key activities requiring immediate attention to accomplish the desire results. He is dedicated to implementing ideas and solutions to help adult learners develop to their full potential and leaders and managers.
Throughout his career, Dale has worked to provide organizational insight into developing innovations to solve problems faced by the organization and their constituency. From the development of outcomes based online courses, to successfully implementing a large scale clean water project in India, complex project management and implementation of sustainable solutions are expressions of the skill set Dale shares with the workplace.
The use of technology to support and propel projects forward is essential to the work of ICW Institute, and Dale’s contribution will be to assist clients in accomplishing their learning delivery goals and personal skill development aspirations.
